This place came highly recommended and after trying once to get, we succeeded this time. It was a Sunday night and not busy but we still had reservations. Our server, Andrew was amazing! We started with a wedge and shared it which was perfect. Then we had the bolognese and ribs and they were both incredible. Never had meat fall off the bones like that. Ended with a blood orange cake and ice cream. Can’t wait to go back!!

The ribeye and mahi mahi were fantastic! The staff was attentive but not bothersome. We will return.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting — perfect for a relaxed evening out. We ordered the Mushroom Banh Mi and the Rotisserie Chicken. The Banh Mi was a pleasant surprise — packed with flavor, fresh herbs, and a satisfying crunch from the bread. The mushrooms were perfectly cooked and well-seasoned, with crispy tater totes making it a great vegetarian option. The Rotisserie Chicken was juicy, tender, and full of comforting, homestyle flavor. It came with delicious sides that complemented the dish well. You can really tell the ingredients are fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Overall, it’s a great spot for a casual happy hour yet elevated meal. We’ll definitely be coming back to try more from their menu!

Great happy hour menu, and we enjoyed talking with the bartender. Our group of three all had different entries, salmon, elk, and pork chop. They were all very good.

Amazing as always – the vibes are always great and the food is incredible. So ready for patio season!

This has to be the best restaurant we had dinner at in Frisco. Very nice but casual atmosphere, incredible fresh farm to table food with a very diverse menu that my whole family enjoyed. Andy provided incredible service, despite every table in the restaurant being full. This restaurant does not participate on Rezy or Open Table so it was through a Google search that we found it. I would highly recommend!

Great overall option reasonable prices. I think it was the best meal I had in Silverthorne or Dillon. Pork chops was juicy. Roasted carrot and pistachio appetizer was also very good. Ribs are worth trying also.

My favorite place in frisco. Elk Tenderloins are out of this world. Prices are very reasonable. Make sure you make a reservation!

Best pork chop I have ever had and I usually do not like pork chops. My husband ordered it and insisted that I take a bite.

Great drinks had a few Smokey Bears best old fashion I’ve had in a while. Elk tenderloin for dinner did not disappoint.

Excellent place to enjoy elevated traditional dishes. The Rocky Mountain Bolognese is one of our favorites as well as the salmon and chicken. The pork belly is great as well. The only side items we were not a fan of is the carrots undercooked and potatoes were excellent but were only given 4 cubes of potato.

Tavern West is the best restaurant in the Frisco area. The restaurant is beautiful, the service was outstanding tonight, and the food was fantastic. We all love every single dish that we had and couldn’t recommend this place highly enough if you’re in the area and looking for a special meal.

Amazing tomato bisque soup, salmon and rotisserie chicken with Au gratin potatoes. Flourless chocolate cake with salted caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream were absolutely delightful! Service and ambiance were outstanding. Best casual and savory dining experience in Frisco!

Love everything about this place

This place was absolutely incredible! The spicy margarita was hands down the best I’ve ever had. Every bite and sip exceeded expectations, with not a single disappointment in sight. The carrot cake? Simply out of this world! Our waiter, Andy, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. And the owner, Bobby, is amazing! He’s so warm and welcoming, always making you feel like part of the family. I’d come back here time and time again—it’s easy to see why it’s a favorite among the locals.

The food and service are phenomenal. The dishes are well thought out, a mix of comfort food with a modern twist. The servers are attentive and very knowledgeable about all the dishes. We eat at Tavern West every time we are in the area.

Out favorite restaurant in Frisco. We’ve been coming to frisco for years and while we’ve never had a bad meal, ever, this is the top place in Frisco. And great a patio.
